The English Democratic Party is a syndicate of English federalists who formed a party that is committed to the formation of a new Parliament that is devolved. This Parliament enjoys similar grant of power as is designated to the Scottish Parliament. This party somehow does not subscribe to the independence of the English. Considering themselves equivalent to the other existing parties of Plaid Cymru and Scottish National Party, this party has the moot point of proving their slogan which is "Not left, not right, just English".
